Lash EXTENSIONS

How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions typically last 2-4 weeks. To keep them looking fresh, we recommend fills every 2-3 weeks.
Not at all – when applied properly by our trained techs and cared for by you, your natural lashes remain healthy.
Yes! Just avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara, as they break down the adhesive.
Avoid water for the first 24-48 hours, don’t rub your eyes, sleep on your back if possible, and clean them gently with a lash-safe cleanser.

BROW SERVICES

What is brow lamination?
It’s like a perm for your brows! Lamination sets the hairs into a fuller, more styled shape and lasts 4-6 weeks.
Typically 2-3 weeks on the hair and up to a week on the skin, depending on your skin type and care routine.
Yes – avoid retinols, chemical exfoliants, sun exposure, and tanning for at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
Definitely! Book together to save time – we even offer combo deals.

NAIL SERVICES

What types of nail services do you offer?
We offer gel, acrylic, builder gel, manicures, pedicures, nail art, and more. Ask about our seasonal specials!
Gel polish usually lasts 2-3 weeks; acrylics and builder gel can last longer with proper care and fills.
Absolutely! We love creativity – feel free to bring pictures or ideas for custom sets.
Come with clean nails (no polish, if possible), and let us know in advance if you have any lifting or damage.

FACIALS & SKINCARE

What types of facials do you offer?
We offer classic facials, deep pore cleansing, anti-aging, hydrating treatments, and glow-boosting options tailored to your skin.
Avoid exfoliating, tanning, or using active ingredients like retinol or AHA/BHA for 48 hours before your facial.
It’s best to let your skin breathe for 24 hours post-facial for maximum results.
For healthy skin, we recommend a facial every 4-6 weeks. Your esthetician will help build a custom skincare plan.
